Outdoor Breathwork in the Park 4

This is a part of the outdoor series for Just Breathe. Please bring a yoga mat and something to cover your eyes (sweater, eye pillow, etc). No experience necessary to participate.

Suggested donation of $30 to participate. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Payment can be made in advance via venmo: LMC77 or in person via Cash, Venmo or CashApp.

Come out and breathe in love and light and exhale anything that is no longer serving you! Some of us will be going out to eat together after our practice.
