Diving into the Deep: Intimacy and Breathwork Workshop

This workshop will be informational and immersive. We will begin the work by examining our own beliefs and fears behind intimacy. We will be paired up with other attendees and undergo a series of exercises to explore and deepen our levels of intimacy and openness with one another. We will end with a discussion and shared experience.

We will follow the intimacy portion of the workshop with a transformational breathwork experience. Once our hearts and minds have been opened to the intimacy portion of the workshop we are perfectly poised to dive deeper into our breath and bodies and remove any lingering ideas and traumas that are blocking our hearts from truly connecting with one another.
